An issue with Be Wiser?

You can cancel your policy with Be Wiser at any time by phone at 0333 003 8450 or by post at Wiser House, South Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 2HZ. Be advised that some administrative fees may apply, as well as the proportional time being covered.

If you have a car breakdown please call 0330 159 8723. You will be asked about your name and policy number, ID, vehicle information, exact location, tel number, possible cause of the breakdown, if you need additional services your credit card number will be asked.

Find a safe place to pull over in case your car still runs or get yourself to a safe place; ensure all passengers are safe as well. In case there is another party involved provide your insurance details and ask for theirs, report to your insurance company at 0800 298 2820 and the police if needed.
