How can I give a refund with Sumup?
To make a refund you must have sufficient funds in your balance and you will be charged with the transaction fees. It may take up to 3 business days plus the time it takes to your bank to process the transaction.
When do I get paid with Sumup?
The money from each transaction goes directly into the bank account associated to Sumup minus their fee. If you have a Business Account the transaction will be available the next day, including weekends and holydays. If you have a Direct bank account the money will be available from 1 to 3 business days. Other options available for you to set up regarding payment are on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Why does Sumup change the amount charges every month?
There are no monthly fees. Sumup will only charge a percentage of each transaction, so the amount Sumup will take depends on how many transactions you make per month. For card readers (debit, credit and NFCs) the fee is 1.69%. This may have a slight modification depending on what country your Sumup profile is registered. Also, declined payments are not charged.
