An issue with Asda?

You can return your item preferably in the store where you made the purchase, any Asda Superstore, Asda Supermarket or Asda Living store, excluding Asda Petrol Filling Stations. A proof of purchase will fasten the procedure. Keep in mind that you have 30 days to make the return, faulty or misdescribed products must be retuned within 1 year of purchase, electrical products must be returned with its original proof of purchase, and music, video and games can be exchanged only once with its proof of purchase.

To get a refund you should give back the purchased item to the driver or leave it in the locker. It will take between 3 to 5 days to process depending on the bank. Within 5 days of receiving your purchase, you can request your refund online. After 5 days you can call Customer Service at 0800 952 0101 or write them an email and in this case it can take up to 10 days to process.
