An issue with B&Q?

If the product is faulty call 0333 014 3357, if not you can return the item to any B&Q whether bought online or in-store. Don´t forget to bring the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice. Refund can take up to 14 days since the items were returned or since you canceled the order. The bank can take up to 7 days to process the refund. Please note that refunds are not available for products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements, as well as perishable goods or that can deteriorate or expire very quickly.

You can return your product within 90 days of making the purchase in its original condition just by taking the item to any B&Q whether bought online or in-store. You must have the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice in order to proceed with an exchange or refund. Be aware that refunds and/or exchanges are not available for products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements, as well as perishable goods or that can deteriorate or expire very quickly.
