How can I return a product from Boots?
You can return an item within 35 days after receiving your order to any Boots store. Exceptions apply to medicines, food, personalized gifts or cosmetic products that can only be returned for faulty reasons. Also, free of charge return is available through Royal Mail. Don´t forget to print the return form and include this in the purchase being returned. The product must be in its original package, must be on saleable condition and must be complete with all the accessories and implements.
How can I get refund from Boots?
After you returned your purchase and the process is complete, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund an it will be made in the same payment method.
