How can I return an item from Clarks?
You can return the product within 28 days of receipt or 14 days if the item was purchased on sale. For faulty items, you are intitled for 6 months to return the product and get a full refund or exchange. All items must be unused, in its original condition and packaging and with the receipt or delivery documents as a proof of change. You can return any item in store with a proof of purchase or you can send it by post by logging to the Returns Portal, enter your order number and delivery or billing postcode, select the item you wish to return, select preferred shipping method, make the return.
How can I get refund from Clarks?
To get a refund you must first the purchased product in store or online through the Returns Portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt or delivery documents as a proof of purchase, within 28 days of delivery or 14 days for on sale items. If the order was placed online, the refund will be made in its original payment method. Order made in store will be refunded via BACS into the customer bank account. It can take from 5 to 10 days for the refund to be accredited into your account.
