How can I return an item from HHGL?
You have 30 days to return your purchase which must be unused and in resalable condition. Some items cannot be returned such as perishable goods such, items that are made to measure, or cut to size such as timber, items that are mixed for you such as paint, items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes if unsealed such as mattresses, duvets, bedding, and toilet seats, ex-display items which were sold on an “as-is” basis. These products can be returned in store or via collection.
How can I get a refund from HHGL?
To get refund you must return your purchase within 30 days to any store or via collection, and applies to products bought online, in store, Click and Collect and order placed in store. Refund for in store returned products can take from 3-5 days, other items returned via collection can take up to 7 days, and all refunds will be made through the original payment method. Refunds for kitchens, bathrooms and Concession purchases with independent payment systems does not apply.
