To amend an order, you can do so at any time up to 11pm the day before your order is scheduled to be delivered. There is a limit of 5 amendments per order if the value of the order increases. If the value remains the same of is lower there are no limits to amendments.

If the cancellation is made any day before 11pm log in to your account, select order history and cancel the order. You can also cancel the order through Customer Care at 0800 328 0800. Refunds are made through the same payment method and can take up to 14 days after getting notification of the cancellation.
