An issue with Lenovo?

You have 14 days to return your product and get a full refund since the day it was delivered. To do this you have to log in into your account, search for your order and look for the return reference number, also known as RMA. Delivery instructions will be sent through email. Customer Service can take up to 5 working days to get back to you once the RMA is informed and another 2 working days for the product to be returned to the warehouse.

To get a refund you must return your product within 14 days of being delivered. Log in into your account, search for your order and press on the Request a Refund option. After returning your product it can take up to 5 working days to get back to you once the return is informed and another 2 working days for the product to be returned to the warehouse. After this, another 7 working days may take to process the refund. The refund will be made in the original payment method.
