How can I return a product and get a refund with Marks & Spencer?
You have 35 days to return any item you wish, for both in store and online purchased products, except for sale products where you have 14 days to make the return. To get a full refund the product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. If you take the product to a clothing or home store the refund will be issued to its original payment method the same day, and will take the bank from 3 to 5 working days. Returns made in Simply Food or Outlet stores may take up to 14 days to be processed.
How can I cancel a purchase with Marks & Spencer?
If you ordered something you can cancel it within the next 30 minutes. If the purchased was made more than 30 minutes ago it will depend on the dispatch status. If the option Cancel is not available, you will not be able to cancel the order. To make the cancellation you will have to sign in to your account, find the order, View Details, Cancel Order, Confirm. If you purchased something as a Guest, you should contact Customer Service within 30 minutes.
