How can I return a product and obtain refund from Schuh?

You can return any unused product within 365 days of purchase and obtain a refund or make an exchange. The product must have its original labels, tags and original package. All online returns are free of charge for customers that hold an account, for those who don´t, the return and/or exchange expenses will be deducted from the refund. Items bought in store must be returned in store. Keep in mind that socks, when removed from their original packaging, cannot be returned.
