An issue with Screwfix?

You can cancel an order and return the item by giving notice within 30 days of the delivery of collection, after cancellation, you will have 14 days to return your item. Sometimes you will need to return the item first in order to proceed with the cancellation, after 30 days you will not be able to return the item and ask for refund. You can inform about this by phone at 03330 112 112; email at [email protected]; post to crewfix Direct Ltd, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, BA22 8RT; or in person at the nearest store available. Refunds will be made on the same means of payment.

You can return your product and get an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way for this to process is by getting the item to the nearest Screwfix Store, if there is no store near your location, please call 03330 112 112 to arrange a free collection. Keep in mind that there are some exceptions for returns and refunds, the product must be in its original packaging.
