How can I return an item from SportsDirect?
If you bought an item online you can return it within 28 days of being bought. The product must be in its original package, unused, with a valid proof of purchase. Delivery costs are under the customer expense. If you bought something in store you can return it to any Sports Direct store within 28 days of purchase, where you will get a credit note or where possible make an exchange. Please note that swimwear, underwear, pierced jewellery, personalized items, products which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, computer games with the seal broken cannot be returned.
How can I get refund from SportsDirect?
After returning the item within 28 days, refunds can take up to 7 days to process, plus another 7 days or more for the bank to deposit the refund into your account, a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds are made the same payment method used when the order was placed. Sometimes refunds are made instead of exchanges due to the product availability.
