An issue with Studio Retail?

You can return an item within 30 days from delivery by Post to Studio Returns Department, Marlborough Mill, Ridgefield Street, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0HJ; drop off or Home Collection. The products must be unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition. Be aware that pre-recorded material, mobile phones that are activates, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken cannot be returned. Mattresses which have been unwrapped, earrings for pierced ears, body bars, swimwear and lingerie also are excluded.

If you wish to cancel an order you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date and send them back to the company without paying a fee, though the post of the goods is at the customer expense. Some exceptions apply such as personalized products and cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled. It will take around 14 days to process the refund since the day the company received the products and it will be refunded with the same payment method used.
