How can I return an order from Tesco?
You can return your purchase, preferably to the same store, within 30 days with a proof of purchase and you can apply to a refund or replacement. If you bought something online but you don´t want it any more you can just hand it back to the driver at the time of delivery or to one of Click+Collect colleagues. After delivery, you can only return the products to Tesco Stores except Express stores. Also, keep in mind that not all products can be returned because of health and hygiene reasons.
How can a get refund with Tesco?
Once Tesco receive the product you will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. Credit and debit cards usually take 3-5 working days, Clubcard vouchers will be refunded in the equivalent value with another card, online orders will be refunded in your debit/credit card, and gift/money cards will be refunded as gift or credit cards.
