An issue with Waitrose?

You can return your purchase within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and package and labels, unused and undamaged. For cancellations purchased online, you have up to 14 days to contact Customer Service at 0800 188 884 to inform about your intentions. Some products cannot be returned such as chilled and frozen products; baby food and milk; gift cards, vouchers and e-top ups; fireworks; lottery tickets and scratch cards; tobacco, cigarettes, tobacco products and cigars; unsealed DVDs, CDs or video games, unsealed earrings or hair accessories; unsealed bedding.

To obtain refund you must return your product within 30 days of purchase, in unused conditions, with all its original packaging, tags and labels, with a valid proof of purchase. An exchange is possible as well but some restrictions may apply. Refunds can take up to 14 days once the item is processed.
