How do I cancel my contract with Virgin Media / Virgin Mobile?
If you want to leave Virgin Media / Mobile, you should contact them and ask for further information regarding your plan because what happens may vary depending if you have a Pay Monthly plan or a Pay As You Go plan. Either way, if you want to leave this provider and keep your number you have to request your PAC. You can do this by sing in into your online account and select Switching. If you have a Pay As You Go plan, you can let Virgin Media you're leaving by requesting either a PAC or STAC or stop using your SIM card and after a year they'll disconnect the number. Make sure you use all of your credit balances since they won't refund them.

Firstly, you'll need to contact Virgin Mobile's customer service. If you decide to send a letter you can do so and they will acknowledge your letter within 48 hours of receipt. Virgin may take up to 28 days to resolve a complaint in writing. However, if you are not satisfied with the solution, you can ask for a manager. If the manager does not resolve your issue you can ask for a senior manager. If you remain dissatisfied, you can file your complaint to independent adjudication.
Virgin Media is a member of CISAS (the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme). Once you let CISAS know about your problem, they will take evidence from both parties and make an independent decision.
