An issue with Hays Travel?

There must be a written cancelation by the lead passenger by email or post to Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear SR1 3HA. This can be a total or only a member´s booking. Please provide all booking information as well as booking number and keep in mind that cancelation fees may apply.

If you have any complaints about the service and/or accommodation you should first address them to the supplier or local contact in order to fasten the investigation. After returning home you should contact Hays Travel Customer Service department to inform about this situation so in can assist you in case there is any compensation you should be entitled.

In case of damage or stolen baggage you should contact immediately to the airline transportation company to file a complaint and report to activate insurance and retribution policy.
