An issue with Inghams?

You can contact us to issue your complaint via post at Guest Services, Inghams, Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA; or via email at [email protected]. You should provide as much information as possible in order to fasten an acceptable answer.

If the holiday was purchased via a travel agency you must make the cancelation with them. If you purchased the package directly with Inghams, call 01486 791111. Some fees will apply for this and the deposit is non-refundable. When a partial o total cancellation is made, please make sure you receive a notification about this within 7 days. If the cancelation is due to medical reasons it will be up to each individual insurer and their terms and conditions about cancellation policies and refunds.

If you wish to make amendments to your holiday please contact your local travel agency or if you made the reservation with Inghams call 01486 791111. Keep in mind that no significant changes can be made up to 70 days before your departure.
