How can I cancel my trip with Jet2 Holidays?
In order to cancel a reservation you can call Customer Service at +44 (0) 333 300 0737 or write directly informing about this. Please provide the booking reference and any additional information. Cancelation fees will apply and will vary according to the anticipation of the cancellation and it will cost a percentage of the booking price: 70 days or more, loss of the deposit; 69-57 days, 30%; 56-43 days, 50 %; 42-29 days, 70%; 28-15 days, 90%; 14 or less days, 100%. If you don´t present to the flight, all the travel arrangement including transfers, accommodation and any other reservations will be canceled and is treated as a cancellation by you. Some exceptions may apply.
When will Jet2 Holidays give me a full refund?
Jet2 Holidays will automatically cancel your holiday for Coiv-19 issues or if UK Government advice changes and it becomes illegal to travel abroad and you will get a full refund. If you make amendments and the total cost is the same, no extra fees will be charged. Refunds can take up to 14 days to become effective.
What do I do if I have a complaint with Jet2 Holidays?
If you have any complaints about your holiday package, including illness or injury, you must first address it to the local service or supplier, local agent if available, and then to Customer Helpline, 24/7, at 0044 113 387 9501 without any delays. You will be asked about booking and personal information and to complete some complaint forms.
